Nocturnal
I think for the past 1 week Ive been sleeping at like timing which people are waking up e.g. between 7am-10am. Then I'll wake up between 4-6pm.
My bio-clock is totally screwed up because I cant seems to fall asleep before those timing. Even when I reached home from chalet after not sleeping for 1 day I still stayed awake for 2 hours till 1030AM or so before I fall asleep know.
This is so unhealthy, Im becoming more and more like a panda each day. ): Meow.
